Once your first clean is complete you can look forward to the same friendly and experienced Cleaner Peterborough team member performing your home cleaning for you. Occasionally, as needed, another of our experienced team may cover your regular clean.

Payment is due within 3 days of your completed clean. We accept payment by card, both over the phone and in person, and by bank transfer. We can provide you with an invoice for your records and a payment receipt as required.

We can usually reschedule the time for your clean, keeping the day the same, if you give us at least 48 hours notice. We’ll do our best, and we will need to consider other client’s cleans for that day before we can confirm a change of time for you.

We hope you understand that if you change or cancel your clean with less than 48 hours notice you may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

We appreciate that sometimes the unavoidable occurs, so please call us as soon as you feel you may need to reschedule. We may be able to offer a good alternative if we plan together quickly.

To give you peace of mind that everything is covered, and to help give you recommendations for future visits, we recommend a deep clean visit first. Let’s talk and decide together what will work best for you. Our first visit helps our team orientate themselves with your home and its unique layout, furnishings and cleaning requirements.

For domestic home cleans, a little preparation before we visit will help us deliver the best home cleaning experience. Keeping floors free of small items, clothes and toys that can be put away will help us vacuum efficiently.

If you would like us to change bed linens please leave a clean set of sheets, including fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillow covers, on top of each bed that you would like changed.

We are experienced in house cleaning with pets in mind, so if you have house pets and plan to not be home when we clean please let us know in our first call or message. We can agree a safe and stress-free approach for your pets and our team that keeps everyone happy.

You can confidently leave the cleaning to us while you’re out at work or enjoying time away from doing the cleaning yourself. We can agree how we will access your property in our first call or message, including arrangements for keys, codes and alarms.

We are also just as happy to respectfully work around you if you plan to be home while we clean.

An end of tenancy clean or move in / out clean is best done when the property is completely empty, all floors and carpets clear and with easy access to all nooks and crannies in every room. If some furniture items can’t be moved your Peterborough cleaner will work around these.

While we are not able to move heavy furniture during your clean we will work with you to arrange the best time to carry out this clean for you to make it as effective as possible.

Your Cleaner Peterborough cleaner comes prepared with everything they need to leave your house wonderfully clean and fresh, including all fluids, cloths and vacuums.

If you have a favourite cleaning product you would love your cleaner to use please let us know when booking your clean, including where you would like it used and where your cleaner can find it.

Your cleaner is not able to clean non-domestic spills such as motor oils, hazardous chemicals, personal waste, nappies, pet waste, medical waste, or broken glassware or crockery.

If we have not been alerted to a serious spill or mess before our visit, our cleaners will attempt to include it if they have time however we may charge extra for the time required to clean it.

Your domestic cleaner does not include window cleaning or wall washing as part of our standard service, however we can quote for this if you would like it included.
